Job Vacancies at VSHC.

(1) Finance & Admin Manager (FAM) for Viseisei Sai Health Centre.

We are seeking a full time Finance and Admin Manager for VSHC, which is a Non Profit Organisation. The FAM will be responsible for all financial and cash management including budget preparation, grant analysis and management, contracts and agreements, Projects Administration, Human Resources, cash flow monitoring and all general accounting, administration and managerial duties.

Responsibilities:

• Finance and Management accounting.
• Projects grant administration and accounts management.
• Record transactions into Accounting System - MYOB.
• General ledger accounting close, balance and reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis.
• Financial and Management reporting – including preparation of financial reports and presentation to Medical Directors, Finance Director and the Trustees.
• Proposal writing - Provide support in proposal writing to the Medical Directors with preparation of budgets.
• Process payroll and maintain all human resources records.
• Audit-work with internal and external auditors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Management with 5 years accounting exp.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, other Microsoft Office programs, MYOB and with some IT network experience would be of advantage.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and statements.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & writing and good negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail; result oriented and dependable.

(2) Community Development Officer:

VSHC seeks applicants for an interesting position in community development work. Experience in health promotion and health education would be preferred.
